I'm able to use stsadm -o export, createsite, and import to move sub-
sites to be top-level sites AS LONG AS THE SOURCE SITE CONTAINS NO SUB-
WEBS.

What's the most realiable approach for moving sites with sub-sites of
their own? When I try using just export, createsite, and import, I get
a File Not Found Error on the destination.
