Regarding discussion board flat.aspx editing

I have one doubt in MOSS 2007.I working on discussion board. In my
discussion forum I am having reply page. I that reply page I want to
be adding hyperlinks by my requirement bases. In discussion forum
flat.aspx file I have to editing. When I am going to editing its not
editable. Apart from flat.aspx other aspx files editable.
