The Records Center Records Center could not be found or accessed fromt one web front end in a m

When I use the send to records center when I hit a web server running the WFE role it works, but when I remove the role from that server and use another WFE it fails and gives me this error: The Records Center Records Center could not be found or accessed. Any thoughts?

I guess the web service for the records center and your new WFE are on the same server and you specify the fully qualified domain name (FQDN) or a custom host header in Central Administration-> Application Management ->Records Center.

According to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/896861/en-us, SharePoint WFE can encounter error when it calls the web service with fully qualified domain name (FQDN) or a custom host header different from the local server name.
