Record Center not creating new folder with datetime

I have record center site, everything works fine i can route to specific doc library. I sent a file on ex:25/12/2009 to record center then a folder with datestamp hasbeen created in RC.

when I send to record center now(4/01/2010) it must create a folder with datetime stamp, but it is routing to same folder 25/12/2009.
