Read Only access when Documents accessed via the Metaframe

I'm hoping there's an easy fix for this. Only our citrix
administrators are able to edit documents from our Portal document
libraries when accessing the documents from the Citrix Metaframe.
We've altered the users read/write permissions on the Metaframe, but
it doesn't appear to make a difference.
