very randomly my user are getting this error in their browsers. All the users
with IE 8 browsers have reported this, I am assuming that IE 7 is not throwing
this issue.

My ribbon bar buttons are collapsed randomly and a javascript error show up. The
javascript complains about cui.js file. Please see the attachment.

for further informatiom, I have workflow associated with this form content type
that modifies the permissions on the item at different workflow states.
