I want to use the Web Capture Web Part to show a weather radar to our
Intranet users who do not have Internet access. I have set the Sender
as Server, but these restricted users get an "Action Cancelled" error
message.

Is what I am trying to do even possible? Is there a better way to do
this?

Any help/direction is appreciated.
