Using MOSS 2007 Publishing sites, when we select any file (one or many)
and click "OK" on the multiple file upload interface on any document
library that allows it, nothing happens. No error, no post back,
nothing. If we hit "Cancel" it returns us to the single upload
interface. We've now tested this on several MOSS 2007 Publishing site
installations on several test and development servers. All behave the
same way.

This does NOT behave this way on Team Sites. I created a top level
site collection on the same web app as the publishing site on my
personal MOSS VM. The team site Multiple File upload interface works
fine, the Publishing top level site collection Multiple File Upload
interface doesn't work. I have not tested it on other site types yet.

Has anyone seen this, and if so, have you been able to correct the
issue? I'm leaning towards a .JS issue, but I don't know yet....
