Publishing InfoPath to SharePoint Form Library

When I try to publish an InfoPath form to a site in MOSS 2007 it says that

"The Windows SharePoint Services Server at URL does not fully support Microsoft
Office Infopath. Form Library Features in Microsoft Office InfoPath may not
work correctly with this server."

Why am I getting this when I have InfoPath 2003 and MOSS 2007 Enterprise
installed?

Upgrading to Office 2003 SP3 fixed the problem
