Does anyone know if there is a possibility to change standard-workflows so
that one could be enabled to start a workflow without placing the document
into a folder which is equipped with the workflow-properties. I want to let
the users decide who is part of the workflow (reviewers) via the documents
properties for example. I guess this would be rather tricky because it is a
very dynamic form of workflow.

Secondly, is there a way to customize the Approval-Email individually other
than the static text-field in the folder options.
