i tried to publish document as the following senario:
after the data entry enter the data
the data approve will approve the data
and publish it

i applied the first part ( approving data ) using the approval workflow in WSS
3.0

the second part which is the i tried the customize it using wondows sharepoint
designer


if Approval Status equals 0;#Approve
copy item from news to published_news


but it dosnt make affect
why ?
