publish calendar from outlook to team site

Is it possible to publish a calendar from outlook to a team site? i
have a requirement for all team members to have their calendars
reflected on a team site. Most users have Outlook 2003, and a few have
Outlook 2007. We are using a MOSS environment with exchange 2003.

Yes and no. Outlook 2007 allows bi-directional sync of calendar  items
in a SharePoint list (allowing the users  to drag and drop items from
their calendar to a shared one), or you can use the OWA web parts to
display an Exchange calendar in SharePoint.
