How to publish the BDC mappings to other computers

I have created a BDC xml file that outlines data in a SQL 2005 database
and have created the corresponding data mappings on my Sharepoint
development machine. Now I want to move the BDC and the data mappings
to the staging machine. Is there a way to package all this
functionality into an installable or something so it can be moved to
other environments easily?
