Can I make a Web Part that displays a public folder in Outlook?

There is one existing at this address:
http://www.greenfel.demon.co.uk/scode/WebParts.htm

It's simply called public  Folder and shows you the content of an exchange
public folder.

But is there a web  part that will display the entire public  folder structure and
not just one?
