Protocol Handler Sample Code

My objectif is to write a Protocol handler to handle a proprietary Database
(Opentext BRS linked with our own document management).

I've donwload the SPS sdk 1.0 but the only sample i founded is the file system
sample in ATL programming. Unfortunaly, i'm not easy to program with ATL classes
but i very pleased with VC++ MFC and now C#.

Does someone knows where to found sample in MFC or C# classes ?
