Promoting SP sites from dev to staging to production: partner solution

At the SharePoint Advisor conference in June, there was a partner (European I think) who had a SharePoint site management tool that supported propogating SharePoint templates, sites, incremental list schema changes, etc. from one SharePoint environment to another and I can't remember their name. ...other than it was something "short and cute".

Does anyone know the name of the partner I'm refering to?

WinAppTechnology (www.winapptechnology.com) has their Echo product – however, it’s more about populating changes  within the same environment. It can be used, with a staging  portal/site to accomplish the same effect. We may have even discussed this idea during the reception…
