my project

I would just like to share my view regarding my
project now in completion stage. I have attached the
home page of my portal. Would like to know about your
If you guys are interested i can discuss few the
project details for forther improvement of it and for
exchange of knowledge.

what is the best way to generate oracle reports and
show it on sharepoint sites....

The home page  looks clean and nice - congratulations on my behalf! Can you
specify what the Office-icons do at the top right corner beneath the Modify
Shared Page-functionality? Are they static links to Office-applications or
something else?

I like your design. I particularly like the office applications webpart that you have and also the 'search phone' webpart.
Can you shed some light on these two and how you did this??

The top navigation "MOFNE home Directoreates Subjects
Search" is a Dynamic Drop down Menu Webpart to access
to portal  pages and sites.

Office Application Webpart :--- Its a webpart using C#
and few lines of scripts. on click of any office
images the script runs and searches for the
application on the user computer and opens it in a new

Phone Directory:- An existing application on ASP was
already available so we used page  viewer webpart to
display the phone dirctory.
