Programmatic creation of Personal Dashboards

I am using SPS 2001 and need to find a way to programmatically create
personal dashboards (with some set of web parts) on our server. The
purpose of this is to setup a default personal dashboard for everyone
in a certain set of employees with a default set of available web
parts rather than making them import all of the web parts on their
own.

There was a post in
microsoft.public.sharepointportalserver.portal.config.eng a few days ago of
somenone who got it work.
He published his way there.
