Not sure what you mean. Are you speaking about automating the creation
of the allowable values  in a combobox ?

Yes, For example I was task to have a list  like the exchange global list
when filling out the author¡Çs or manager¡Çs property on the
metadata form.
If I could be able to but a list of names at one time and be able to remove
single or multiple names I think they would be happy.

This is what I am looking for too. A way to load an entire list  into
a document profile listbox from a file.

Lists can be very long and typing each entry by hand is a lot of
work. Another problem is the sorting of the entries in the list.
Using a plain tekxt file it is easier to sort the entries (in MS Word
for example).

I am using SPS2001 by the way. Hope someone has a solution.
