I have a SharePoint 2007 environment. I have a user with a profile picture that shows up on his my site and it shows up in search from another Web application. I have another web application for teams and if I add a contact webpart to the main site the picture shows up also. But if I add a contact webpart to the site collection he needs to be added to I just get the name and his title no photo. I've shrunk the photo and changed the name, I've reset all content and kicked off a full crawl. If anyone has an idea of what to do next I would appreciate it.
