Problems installing the Web Part Tool Kit

I’ve downloaded the web part tool kit from bluedoglimited.com, but I can’t get it to install properly. Here’s the logged error:

8/2/2005 10:52:46 AM: Error: Error while installing from 'SharePoint Web Part Toolkit - Web Parts'. Invalid virtual server 'http://<SERVERNAME>/'.

8/2/2005 10:52:46 AM: Error: Error message: 'The server instance specified was not found. Please specify the server's address and port.' while installing Web Part package to virtual server ''.

8/2/2005 10:52:46 AM: Critical Error: Unable to install package to any virtual servers

Anyone have a similar problem?

I've seen this happen. I think that there may be a problem with it's
installation on Win2K3 with SP1 installed.

Attached are the DLL (needs to go into the /bin or GAC), the DWP, and
the safe mode entry so that you can manually install the Ghost Hunter
Web Part.
