I have customized the templates of webpart pages because in my
project i have to build a good number of pages containing static
text i placed a content editor webpart on one of my webpart page
templets and hence constructed the Static content portion of the SPS
portal.

The problem that i am facing is that when i restored the backup of
the portal it is showing me blank pages ...with no content editor
webpart and hence i am losing content.

has anyone tried this stuff ??

is there any solution ???

is there any other simple way to create content pages without using
the webpart pages...

I need webpart pages because i am using other webparts along with
the content editor... but after restoring the backup no single
webpart exist on the page ...however pages were present in the
document library.
