Problem in Subscriptions

Previously My Subscription of documents in SharePoint Portal Server
was working fine. I opened a file 'createsubscription.asp' located at
resoures folder and without changing any content in the file I closed
that file. Now my subscirption is not working.
Can any one has the explaination as of why it happens and what is the
solution for the problem.

What application did you open the file with? Perhaps the utility you
used to edit it changed it in some way without you knowing.

If I were in your shoes with that having just happened to me, I'd
restart all the services or reboot.
