Sharepoint portal server 2003 Can any one solve my problem when i try to add user through below screen. I can add user directly providing user name (ie DomaninName\UserName). Bu it is not working from Select User & Group option.
The Find button only works with Active Directory. If you are using localmachine accounts or Windows domain accounts, the Find button will give theerror you are receiving.
I am done login through AD account only. (DomainName\UserName). I can i resolve this problem. My ADS is on different system and i access SPP through account like (DomainName\UserName). Since SPP server supports only Domain mode as it is given in manual how can i resolve this problem
