We are uploading Microsoft/non-microsoft documents in a site with customized taxonomies i.e. text fields, date fields & multi-select (check box) fields, etc. But our advanced search works well only for text/drop down/multi-line text fields but not for date/multi-select (check box) fields.

On enquiring we got to know that SPS V2 will not index yes/no checkboxes and multiple choice radio buttons. The only workaround is to change them to a drop down menu.

WE HAD THIS FACILITY IN SPS V1 BUT NOT IN V2; CAN ANYONE VALIDATE THIS OR PROVIDE A SOLUTION TO THIS PROLEM?
