Problem with DataSheet View

I get this error...

The Standard View of your list is being displayed because your site
configuration does not support the Datasheet.

and i'm not getting datasheet view. Help me out to resolve this.

Do you have MS Access installed on your client?

Yes i have MS Access in client.

It happened to our site when we migrated from 2003 to 2007 (gradual
upgrade). I just told site admins to wait for us to migrate the site over.
