Problem of creating subscription

When I create a subsription,it tells me
"Access Denied - You do not have permission to access this item.
Failed to create subscription"
What should I do to enable the coordinator to create subscription?

I got this problem while I was using a user which was in another
domain than the SPS.
The user was added in the SPS and was able to access it.
But in the moment he made some actions which needed write permissions
this error occured.
I resolved this problem by giving the user write access to
the SPS database folder.
