problem in creating the portal site for SPS

this is the error i am getting, i have installed MS Sharepoint portla
server 2003, i also have installed MS SQL Server 2000, and MS Office
2003, i have installed shrepoint server 2003 with the desktop engine,
i have made the farm setting, single farm server with proxy settngs
disabled, when i am creating the portal site i am getting this erro
which i have pasted below

Error:
SharePoint Portal Server has detected SharePoint Team Services or
FrontPage Server Extensions 2002 on this virtual server and cannot
extend a virtual server over existing data. To proceed, migrate your
data if necessary and uninstall SharePoint Team Services or FrontPage
Server Extensions 2002 from this virtual server.

please if anyone has any idea why ma i getting this error reply me

and yeah i havent installed the things which i am getting over here,
i have visited the windows 2003 setup and there i can find no where
how to un install these stufs, plz reply me back ,

You need to verify if FrontPage server extension is installed  on your
server. You can verify this by going into the Control Panel and select
Add or Remove Programs. Click on the Add/Remove Windows Components.
Select Application Server and click the Details button. Select IIS and
click the Details button. Check to see if FrontPage server extension is
checked. If it is, then you want to uncheck it.
