Problem when configure MOSS 2007 on Windows Server 2008

I have problem when I configure MOSS 2007 on Windows Server 2008…

My infrastructure are :

I use 3 server : Domain controller server, Microsoft Exchange 2007 server
and MOSS 2007 server (all servers are join domain and run on Windows Server

I install MOSS 2007 with OfficeServerwithSP1.exe

I found problems :

1. #1. After install MOSS , I try to add user to MOSS 2007, there was
an error : *No exact match was found for "[user_name*]", even though I have
add the user on the Active Directory. (When I check User Profile on Central
Administration (Shared Service administration è User Profile &
Properties èView User Profile), I can
find all user on Active Directory Domain)

Then I try to login on client workstation with some user-id and access MOSS,
that user can be read as a member of MOSS (but I have not add that user to
MOSS), after that I try again to add that user as a member & it's
successfully, but I can't access Document Center with that user, there was
an error : *"An Unexpected Error Has Occured" *and all picture on page can't
be viewed.

2. #2. I can't receive alert on some email (MS Office Outlook 2007),
even though I have setting alert from some Document Library and there wasn't
anything error. (I have setting outgoing email on Central Administration
with Outbound SMTP server set to Exchange server)
Can Anyone help me with this trouble??

PS : In another time, I try to install MOSS 2007 on Windows Server 2008 that
connect to Domain Controller and Exchange Server 2003 run on Windows Server
2003, it's successfully run and no error occured.

How do I Hide the Column Filtering feature in a Custom View, Box Style?
