Problem with Calendar in 2010

Hi, I'm still a newbie in sharepoint, I have a calendar in my site, but when a user adds an event it only can be seen by himself or the other event's attendees, and i need everybody to see that event in monthly view. i can see the events in the calendar list but I really need it in monthly view

When you create a Calendar View or modify an existing Calendar View, there is a property called "Default Scope". Set this to Month to see the calendar in Month View.

You can go back and modify the view to change this value at any time.
