Problem in BDC Application Definition File

Asked By: Tommie    Date: Sep 25    Category: MOSS    Views: 1620

We are having trouble with an ADF file that I need to get working with
the BDC on MOSS2007. Am receiving the following error when importing:

"Application definition import failed. The following error occurred:
Identifier Types must be primitive or GUID. A Type of 'varchar2' is not
permitted. Parameter name: typeName Error was encountered at or just
before Line: '25' and Position: '10'"

I've been through it a few times and not sure what the issue may be.

If anyone skilled with the ADF authoring, could you please shed light on
what may be happening here.

If you email me the xml (or the relevant portion of it if you're concerned about
security), I can take a look at it.
