Posting documents to different sharepoint portal area

I need some suggestion/best practice from you gurus. While uploading a document to a SPS (http://serverA/) Area’s document library, I need to save a copy in another SPS (http://serverB/) area’s document library. Should I use the document library events feature?

Sounds like an ideal use of the document  library event sink.
