Is this possible (SQL Table updates)

I know I can crate a list using a SQL table. I have done this.

My question is:
Is it at all possible to create a list from my 'Customers' table in my
'Clients' SQL database, update the data whenever I choose and have that
reflect back to the Sharepoint list on the web?

Yes, it would be possible, but it might be easier in the long run to use a
FrontPage Data View web  part to display the contents of the SQL table  directly.
