Is possible show a view of the document library to the area A in the área B

I've a problem with document library and views. I've two
areas (area A and area B) on my portal, and i need than a
user of área A could edit only some documents to the area
B. My question is the next:
Is possible show a view of the document library to the
area A in the área B. i'm trying it with FrontPage 2003
but i dont know how

Could someone help me?
