Possible IE7 bug

I may have discovered an issue with IE7, but need to do some more testing. Has anyone had an issue using the rich text editor within SPS2003 using IE7? i receive an error "cannot open rich text editor" when every i try to open it.

We have the same issue. Does anyone have further information,
work-arounds, ???
