Is it possible to add FileUpload option from Sharepoint Server to My Web Application?

My Web Application need to add the Fileupload functionality from Sharepoint Server. Is it possible to add FileUpload option from Sharepoint Server to My Web Application?

yes, but ill preferred another way as:

configure your list/repo for incoming email feature, then add function in ur web application to upload and email uploaded docs to specific list/repo.
