Is it possible to create a meeting workspace template that includes some content?

Is it possible to create a meeting workspace template that includes some
content? Everything I've read seems to indicate you can't do this, but it
sure would be handy if I could.

How you want to create  workspaces for meetings? Generaly creating site? Or
from sharepoint calendar functionality? Or from Outlook?

Using the SharePoint calendar interface. However, if another method would
allow me to do this, I'm open to suggestions.

I think you can develop your own site definition that will be available when
user crates workspace.
