Is it possible to access/modify custom forms developed by another developer?

Asked By: Sathish Tests         Date: Dec 20, 2010      Category: MOSS      Views: 2719

Hello,

I developed some forms (.aspx) using my account in SharePoint designer. When another user(developer) opens the site in SharePoint designer the forms do not show up. How can I give permissions to him so he can work on the same forms.

I created a new folder in the siet under the root. I saved the new files in the new folder.

Thanks.

Hi Sathish,

Just give the full control permission on the folder you created and also you have to give the full control permission to the user id.

So once the permission is there he can able to open the same file in sharepoint designer.

To give the permission to the user

Site Action -> Site Permission and then select the user and give the full control.
