How to Use the Portal site in Intranet Systems

I installed and create one portal site in one server(win 2003).
But i am not able to access that website from the other intranet
systems. can any one guide me about this issue.

For this to work any setting i need to made?

R u able access any comp from this Intranet to another Intranet. ????

or

R u able to ping ur Sharepoint from another Intranet ???

If yes...then u shud able to access Sharepoint in another Intranet as
well...

This sounds like Firewall/Router issue.

Check & Let me know...

i am able ping that machine ip address also

any setting i need to change in sps administration

I hope this will help you solve your problem.

Open the IIS and check your website authentication..
Enable both 1)Integrated Authentication and 2)Basic Authentication.

I am looking for a permission called Create Personal Site, which was
used to control My Sites in Sharepoint 2003. However, I do not see this
in Sharepoint 2007. Is there a way to disable My Sites in the beta
version of 2007?
