Some users are not being alerted by email when tasks are assigned to
them on certain lists (we found this specifically in the issues list
first). For example our sharepoint team (consists of 4 people) all
use an issues list to track projects. All users except one receive an
alert any time a change is made to the list. We have triple checked
that he is subscribed to the issues list, ensured they were not going
to his junk mail, and they still do not go to him. We found the
following KB article but we are already running service pack 2. Is
there a chance the hotfix for sp1 will help us that is mentioned in
this? or maybe a different hotfix.
