PHP and SharePoint

A client asked me if I know of any issues with installing PHP on a SharePoint server. Has anyone done this before, and if so, have you encountered any issues?

We have done this on one of our servers had no problems. We did however assign the server  a second IP on the interface so that they would be separated on different IIS instances and therefore have no port conflicts.
