You'll have to edit the display  form in Frontpage and add XSL/XSLT code
to render a column with an img tag that points to the attachment.

I'm working on something similar, and am in the process of blogging it,
so when it's done, I'll reply here. What I'm doing is detailing what
needs to be done in order to put a link  to the attachment  on a view
instead of having to go to the detail  page and click  on the attachment.
