Phantom page in Pages library

Has anyone seen this before?

We are running MOSS.

On one of our sub-sites, when we do a "View All Site Content", we see
that the Pages list has 3 items.

When we click into the list, there are only 2 documents.

We've looked at this list as the MOSS admin service account, examined
the list through PowerShell etc. and it still only shows us 2 items.

Why does _layouts/viewlsts.aspx show us 3 items? Should we be concerned
about this?

You might also check the major/minor version permissions in library settings.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

In the Pages Library settings page there's a link to "Manage checked
out files". I was able to see that someone had created a page but
didn't check it in.
