Permissions issue

We have an "Time Management" Infopath form in a forms library. Is
there a way to set permissions on each submission so that each user
can see and edit only their own submission, and the Project
Manager/Administrator get the full aspect?

I seem to remember being able to do this in Sharepoint 2001, but
can't seem to figure it out for 2003.

Grateful for any assistance/suggestions.
