People search results problem

I have added a search center to my site and added a people search web part.
When I search for a user,
Results by Social Distance
View returns only
Results 1-5 of 5. Your search took 0,28 seconds.
expression. When i click on the Results by Relevancelink, I got the above expression and the actual search results below.
I haven't modified any of the views.
Is it what it is supposed to show or is this a problem?
Any idea about the solution?
