Our MOSS farm is set up to import accounts from our internal AD domain
that all employees have an account in. The people picker also picks
from this domain.

We are going to grant some non-employee people access to our servers
by creating accounts in our DMZ AD domain.

I'd like to allow users to look up DMZ accounts via the people picker.
To do that, do I need to import them into MOSS like this blog post
suggests:

If so, does doing that also grant those DMZ people a 'mysite'. We
don't want that (only employees get mysites).
