PDF Search\Indexing issues - PDF ifilters in SharePoint

We are using FoxIt Ifilter for indexing PDFs in SharePoint and we
encountered some issues.

Is someone using the Ifilter to index the PDFs in SharePoint? Or do you
use any other type of Ifilters for this purpose. Do you know of a
solution/ fix
