I have one question about patching WSS site. once the site backup is taken
and deployed on another server! later I modify something on wss default page
and other pages also. now I how do I update the patchworks without doing
again backup and restore site? There is no vs.net or FP 2003 on deployed
server. but I want to replace only modified file etc?

As per my knowledge its difficult to replace file since the contents are
stored virtually.
