PageViewer WebPart- less interactive

Asked By: Krista Porter         Date: Feb 11, 2006      Category: Sharepoint      Views: 233

I want to use the PageViewer WebPart as a "dashboard"—where a user
could create a MS Word document, formatted to his/her specs with
hotlinks galore.

This Word document resides on the same SP site- as a living breathing
versioning document.

Then this Word documents is portrayed in SP in a PageViewer WebPart.

But----
The Word document within the WebPart, when clicked on—can be edited
(permission dependent of course) by the enduser--- is quite
confusing. All I want the enduser to do is to be able to click on
the imbedded links of the Word doc.

So—please--how do I make the Word document "less interactive"!?
