Need to make a page where users can submit for a project to be done

Asked By: Anderson    Date: Jan 10    Category: MOSS    Views: 946

Can Sharepoint (Moss) do this out of the box?
This would be a page any user can go to and submit a request.

Business Flow - I would like this to be a form that can be submitted
to an inbox and/or logged into some kind of shared db. Each PM will
be responsible for monitoring the inbox for a given period of time –
probably 1 week each and we will rotate. Only PMO members should
have access to the inbox

Project Name:*
Business Unit:*
Submit Date:*

Business Contact:*
Target Project Start Date
Target Launch Date:*
Project Sponsor:*

Project Scope: * Please provide a brief overview of the scope of the
project, e.g. what is the business need/problem.
Please include project dependencies, known risks and issues

To be completed by the PMO AFTER the request is reviewed:
Project Manager: Kick-Off Date:
Program: Project Type (Exp or Cap)
Estimated Launch Date: Project Size (S, M, L)
Project Reject Reason:

Your case looks like to be just a simple customized list.

Microsoft has released some wonderful site templates and one of them is
Project Tracking. This site has some demo.
